Rice Rava / Biyyapu Rava


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Raw Rice 
PROCEDURE:

1. Take the raw rice and wash it with water. Strain all the water from the rice. Take a cotton cloth and place it where you gets the full sun and pour the rice on it and spread the strained rice on the entire cloth nicely. Keep some weights on the corners of the cloth. Let the rice dry nicely under the sun for at least 3-4 hours. 

2. Take a mixer jar and half fill it with the dried rice and turn the mixer once.( Just turn to pulse then 1 and 2 and then stop). The rice should come as small granules.
This rava will be good to store for 6 months.
